Ashton Tax has offered personalized consultations, as well as comprehensive taxation & accounting services to clients since 1987 (originally Ashton & Associates). Syed delivers consultations to small businesses and self-employed individuals on the essential steps required to establish effective bookkeeping and tax planning procedures that suit their needs.

Office Manager

Corinne Rivard is fluent in English and French. Corinne joined Ashton Tax as the Office Manager in 2009. As the Office Manager her responsibilities include office administration and customer service. She also works on accounting, payroll and income tax files for our clients.

She graduated from Herzing Institute with a Business Administration diploma in 2002.

Monique Arboite, B.Mgmt.Acct., MPM

Manager of Bookkeeping

Monique Arboite is fluent in French and English. Monique has worked with Ashton Tax since 2001. She handles the preparation of all financial reports as well as calculating Harmonized Services Tax (GST/HST) owed to secure full compliance and payment. She teams up with the internal and external auditor in ensuring appropriate and accuracy of these financial records.

She graduated from HEC (Hautes Études Commerciales) Bachelor of Management Accounting (CMA profile) Master degree in Project Management. 

Cain Melvin

Junior Tax Preparer

Cain Melvin works on income tax file and bookkeeping for our clients.


Administrative Assistant

Tiffany is a skilled Administrative Assistant with almost 20 years in the field, working in a wide range of office settings.

Tiffany graduated from the Office Administrative program at Algonquin College as well as the Legal and Executive Administration programs.

Tiffany has two diplomas in Executive Administrative Assistance, as well as her Office Administration certificate.

Tiffany has also successfully completed the level one tax course.
